The second report of the project ‘New Pact for Europe’ has been presented in Rome (Istituto Affari Internazionali) on March 6.
The project, promoted by the King Baudouin and Bertelsmann Foundations and supported by a consortium of European foundations and research centers, aspires to contribute to the debate on how to introduce ambitious but workable and realistic reforms to make the EU more effective in responding to the challenges Europeans are facing.
