FIRST TURIN WORKSHOP ON FINANCIAL LITERACY
Financial education: From better personal finance to improved citizenship
Organized by CeRP-Fondazione Collegio Carlo Alberto, the Department of Economics and Statistics “Cognetti de Martiis”, Università di Torino and the Department of Management and Production Engineering, Politecnico di Torino.
A joint conference on the role of financial literacy in explaining households and entrepreneurs’ behavior in the personal and social sphere, and on the effectiveness of financial education programs.
The workshop brings together researchers from different countries who are investigating new challenges of financial literacy from both the individual and the aggregate perspective. Its goal is to foster interaction between researchers and to discuss rigorous research and policy initiatives.
